Every message sent to DeadStick Digital is answered by a human — usually the one who wrote the code. We read every message and reply when we can.

Frequently asked questions
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by the respective platform. On Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play, open the Play Store app → Menu → Account → Purchase history.
Do you collect my data?
No. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. The short version: we do not operate analytics or advertising SDKs, we do not maintain user accounts, and our apps keep your data on your own devices by default.
How do I delete my data?
Because none of our apps create a user account on our servers, there is nothing on our side to delete. Our data deletion page walks through, per app, how to remove the local database, clear keychain entries, and (if you enabled sync) delete the app's container from your iCloud or Google Drive.
Will my purchase carry forward to future versions?
Yes. When we release a major update to an app you have already paid for, we do not force you to pay again for functionality you already owned. If we ever introduce a new tier with new features, the features you previously had remain available to you.
How can I report a security issue?
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately through our contact form (select Privacy request or Something else, and mark the topic as security in the first line of your message). Do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
End-User License Agreement
Your use of any DeadStick Digital app is governed by our Terms of Service, together with the platform-specific license that applies to how you obtained it:
- Apple App Store. Apps installed from the Mac App Store or iOS App Store are additionally subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- Google Play Store. Apps installed from Google Play are additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
- Direct download (Windows & macOS). Builds downloaded from deadstick.net are governed solely by our Terms of Service. Installing the software means you accept those terms.
You accept the applicable agreement(s) by installing the app.
