Account & data deletion
DeadStick Digital does not operate user accounts. There is nothing stored on our servers to delete — the only copies of your data live on your own devices and, if you opted in, in your own cloud account. This page explains how to remove each copy.
ClawMelt
ClawMelt stores every dataset, checkpoint, adapter, and log file in a local project folder on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded to DeadStick Digital or to any third party during training.
- Remove a single project. In ClawMelt, right-click the project in the sidebar and choose Delete, or delete the project folder directly in Finder.
- Remove everything. Drag ClawMelt.app to the Trash, then delete
~/Library/Application Support/ClawMelt/and~/Library/Caches/com.deadstick.clawmelt/. That removes preferences, the model catalog cache, and any local training logs. - Hugging Face-side data. Models or datasets you downloaded from Hugging Face live on your machine only. They are not mirrored anywhere by DeadStick Digital.
BillingBird
BillingBird stores clients, invoices, receipts, and attachments in an on-device database. Sync, if enabled, writes an encrypted container to your own iCloud or Google Drive account. DeadStick Digital cannot read either copy.
- On-device. Uninstalling BillingBird from your phone removes the local database. iOS: long-press the app → Remove App → Delete App. Android: long-press → App info → Uninstall.
- iCloud sync copy. Open Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → BillingBird → Delete Data. This removes the encrypted BillingBird container from your iCloud.
- Google Drive sync copy. Open drive.google.com → Settings (gear) → Manage apps → find BillingBird → Options → Delete hidden app data.
- Export first, if you want. Before deleting, you can export your full
records as a
.billingbirdarchive from Settings → Export.
CarrierPigeonVPN
CarrierPigeonVPN does not store your traffic, destinations, or metadata anywhere — not on your devices, not on ours. The only local state is pairing configuration: WireGuard keys and the identifier of the phone you paired with.
- Clear pairing. Open the desktop or phone companion → Settings → Clear pairing. This deletes the WireGuard keypair and paired device identifier from the system keychain on both devices.
- Remove the apps. Uninstalling CarrierPigeonVPN from either device wipes all keychain entries associated with that install.
Pitot
Pitot stores scanned pages, OCR text, translations, generated PDFs, folders, tags, and indexes in a local document vault. DeadStick Digital does not keep a server-side copy of your Pitot documents.
- On-device. Uninstalling Pitot removes the local document vault and its stored page assets from that device.
- Export first, if you want. Before deleting, export any documents or PDFs you want to keep from Pitot's document vault.
- Future private sync copies. If you enable optional iCloud or Google Drive sync in a later version, delete Pitot's app container or hidden app data from that provider to remove the remote copy.

Where to send a deletion request
If you cannot complete one of the steps above, send a note through the contact form with the topic Privacy request. Because we hold no user data at rest, most requests are answered with a short explanation and a pointer to the steps above.
