The Service

DeadStick Utilities is designed as a local-first utility suite for Apple devices. It helps users review storage, photos, contacts, privacy posture, Mac cleanup candidates, and Mac health information with review-first and reversible-where-possible safety language.

DeadStick Utilities does not promise that every file, photo, contact, cache, or system issue can be detected or removed. iPhone and iPad features are limited by Apple platform rules and do not provide Mac-style system cleanup, protected app cache cleanup, RAM cleanup, malware cleanup, or hidden system cleanup.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing suggested actions before applying them, keeping independent backups where appropriate, and confirming that selected files, folders, photos, or contacts are safe to change. DeadStick Utilities should provide explanations, review states, backup, quarantine, and restore paths where technically possible.

DeadStick Utilities Pro

DeadStick Utilities Pro is planned as an annual subscription at $9.99/year.

Planned Pro capabilities include Pro automation, advanced photo rules, and Mac health automation. Final capability names, availability, and platform coverage must match the App Store purchase sheet and shipped build.

Subscription Renewal And Cancellation

The planned Pro subscription is an annual auto-renewable subscription. It renews automatically until canceled. Users manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in their Apple account settings.

Final renewal, cancellation, refund, family sharing, trial, introductory offer, and regional pricing language must match the App Store Connect product configuration and Apple purchase sheet shown in the submitted build.

Privacy

DeadStick Utilities is designed to be local-first by default. The public Privacy Policy must describe actual shipped app behavior, including App Store purchases, support exports, diagnostics, direct Mac license or update behavior if any, optional sync if approved, and any network or third-party SDK behavior.

App Store License

Unless a different license is shown in App Store Connect for the app, apps installed from the Apple App Store are additionally subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

No Formal Government Approval Claim

DeadStick Utilities may describe design intent and local evidence only when backed by current artifacts. It must not claim government approval, NIAP certification, Common Criteria evaluation, FedRAMP authorization, FIPS validation, DoD APL approval, STIG compliance, Section 508 conformance, or perfect security unless the specific approval, evaluation, validation, conformance evidence, or published ACR exists.

Changes

DeadStick may update these Terms as features, platforms, subscriptions, legal requirements, or release channels change. Material changes should be reflected with a current effective date.
